30-Day Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we're happy to offer a 30-day return for all online orders.

Conditions

  • Buyer is responsible for covering return shipping
  • Please ensure that the pot is packaged safely in the original packaging. 
  • Once the pot is returned, we will inspect it, and if it is in proper condition, we will issue a refund.

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty

The creation of beautiful ceramic pottery is a primal, elemental process. Combining raw elements and minerals, firing at over 2,200 degrees, and good old-fashioned chemistry can sometimes yield unpredictable results (typically in a good or surprising way!). 


And while we try to conduct ample testing of our clays and glazes, we acknowledge that on very rare occasions, unexpected issues can arise. These can occur when a supplier changes the chemistry or sourcing of raw materials or clay bodies, or during the production or firing process. 


In the event of a major issue or defect, we want to do the right thing. That’s why we are pleased to offer a limited 1-year warranty on our pots, which begins the day it ships. 


Things that are protected by our 1-year limited warranty: 

  • A foot cracks or falls off of a pot
  • A crack forms along a seam
  • Severe glaze cracks or glaze separation from the pot

What isn’t covered: 

  • Damage caused by dropping, chipping, or other general mishandling
  • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions
  • Minor superficial cracks that are noted in the online product listing. Sometimes minor cracks can appear during firing but are not structural. If we find these during our QA process, we note them in the listing and price these pots appropriately. 

If an issue does arise, please do not hesitate to contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.


We hope that you enjoy your pot for many years to come and never have to use this warranty.
